As authors, our work is to dig and mine this burried reality, shedding upon it a different light, viewing it from a different angle. And I believe we have much to contribute in a wider discussion concerning the common fate of the European peoples, so viciously tormented by this unprecedented crisis. For a Europe that is not vengeful, holding up its common currency as the primordial sin, but that is able to recall the principles of humanism and solidarity and intervene on its own narrative.
